Denise Tranchina

Stepping her foot through a gym door nearly 15 years ago, Denise found herself tangled up in resistance bands, tripping over steps in a class and literally flying off a treadmill she did not know was running. Yoga looked safe. It took her one hour to find grace. Teaching consistently for over 8 years, Denise has thousands of hours
experience, but approaches each class through the eyes of a beginner. Gleaning from many styles, Denise is known for her creative sequencing and vigorous flow, peppered with welcomed adjustments. As an RN, she is comfortable with prenatal students and those with injuries. Her teaching will challenge without frustration. These classes are themed, eclectic, spiritual and fun! A sense of community and support is fostered throughout class. Intention and consciousness flow with you through your vinyasa.  Daily gratitude to Vanessa Van Noy and Jennifer Johnson for teaching her to inspire and aspire. Thank you to the many students who truly are her greatest teachers. Take your yoga off your mat. Live and practice with strength, grace and a smile.

Valeria Tucker

Valeria is first and foremost a mother of two amazing boys, a yoga student, yoga teacher, photographer and world explorer.   She was born and raised in what she calls the happiest place on earth - Brazil!   Her husband took her to her very first yoga class almost twenty years ago (1995)!  She began her lifelong yoga journey at the beautiful Integral Institute in

NYC, founded by beloved Sri Swami Satchidananda.   Throughout the years, Valeria has explored various styles of yoga including Anusara, Ashtanga, Barkan, Bikram, Iyengar, Jivamukti, Dharma, Kundalini and Raja.  After almost 14 years of practice, she walked in to her first Anuttara class and says her whole world turned upside down!   It was pure magic!  According to Valeria, "The Anuttara philosophy is perfectly designed to bring balance between the physically rigorous asana practice and stillness in meditation.   Incorporating meditation and history into the practice brought a deeper meaning and everything began to open up!   Just as Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras suggest, now, the discipline of yoga will be introduced!"  She felt inspired to share this beautiful, sacred, ancient, transformational discipline with others.   Valeria became certified with the Yoga Alliance (YRT200) in Hatha Yoga by the Anuttara Yoga Shala in Deerfield Beach, FL.  She believes wholeheartedly in yoga's immeasurable power to transform by simply bringing you back to your true nature - bliss!   Yoga quiets the chattering of the mind, so the seer abides in his true nature.

Her classes are always a little bit different from the last. With music that motivates the body and lifts the spirit. Her class environment is conducive to laughing one moment, or possibly discovering your true inner-self the next. Always applying her philosophy, "That little voice inside all of us is our own true teacher, all I want to do is turn up the volume." Whatever you need from yoga, it will give you".
