Slow Flow
Slow, yet deep approach to Vinyasa flow, designed to tap into the inner strength & light that resides in all of us.  Through the practice, we find balance by quieting the mind & creating a sense of peace though physical movement.  Let the breath guide your way, as you slowly explore postures, building strength, creating space, releasing stress and cultivating a deeper inner awareness.  Class will end with a gentle restorative pose, allowing the mind & body to experience stillness.

Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa Flow is a physically energetic & rejuvenating practice that seamlessly links awareness of your breath to the conscious and mindful movements of the body.  Sequences are designed to keep the body and mind fully engaged in the present moment.  Students are encouraged to move at their own pace with intention.  You will learn to listen to your body as you explore your edge, build strength & increase your flexibility.
